Six Degrees runs two integrated yet specialised practice areas – corporate communications for businesses, and investor relations for pre-IPO and listed small-to-mid cap companies.
We work across the communications spectrum, from developing digital content and social media programs, retaining strong relationships with influential editors and journalists around the country, to understanding how to communicate during a crisis or issue.
Our Team
Fergus is an experienced communications director and a co-founder of Six Degrees’ Investor Relations practice. With over 13 years experience in all areas of corporate communications, Fergus now specialises in integrated campaign delivery for large corporate clients, content development and digital strategies, proactive media relations and reputation management and positioning.

Matt has more than 20 years’ experience in media relations and crisis and issues management. He founded Six Degrees in 2006 and provides media relations and communication counsel to the firm’s key clients. Matt has worked with leading banks and non-banks, investment banks, insurance companies, structured product providers, accounting and advisory firms, and a range of industry associations.

Ben co-founded Six Degrees in 2006 and has over 22 years’ experience providing communication advice and issues management support to a range of public companies, large and small corporations, and professional services bodies. He now predominantly provides strategic investor relations and communication advice to a number of ASX-listed companies through our partner company Six Degrees Investor Relations.
